各位大大，小弟正想继续读书，打算到Engineering Campus去，现在我在找寻一些助学金/奖学金计划，看到了以下statement,

Graduate Assistant Scheme (Research)

This scheme is open to local or foreign registered graduate students (research mode only). It covers RM1,600 monthly allowances for Master candidates and RM1,800 for Ph.D candidates. Please refer to Research  Creativity and Management Office (RCMO) for further information.

请问这是真的吗?如何申请?

因为我到 Research  Creativity and Management Office (RCMO) 的webside 只找到Graduate Assistant Scheme (Teaching)而已，而且 RM1300 for Master 和 RM1500 for Phd.

若要申请成为research officer，又要如何呢？Researcher officer 的工钱高吗？

现在都可以申请这个。。

USM      Fellowship             

      This fellowship is open to qualified graduates      (Malaysians or International) as below:            
      i.
Enrolled in full time study (Masters and Doctorate) by research      mode in USM, or
      ii.
Received USM’s admission offer letter for postgraduate studies      but have not registered.            
      Benefits            
      The fellowship covers:

      i.
Tuition fees
      ii.
Examination fees
      iii.
Monthly allowances:            
      Master :
      RM1,500 for first year and      will be increased to RM1,800 for the second year of studies. Maximum      period of funding is 2 years.            
      Doctorate :
      RM2,100 for the first year      and will be increased to RM2,300 for the second year and RM2,500 for the      third year of studies. Maximum period of funding is 3 years.            
      Eligibility Criteria            
      

• Applicants must have a good Bachelors          Degree (CGPA > 3.00) or equivalent qualification recognized          by the Malaysian government.

      Application for Doctorate must have a good Bachelors Degree      with Hons and/or a good Masters Degree.

Not a recipient of any scholarship/financial aid

我是今年八月毕业的，于８月３１日呈上硕士的Application Form，修读的是Computer Science 的
COM03 – Computational Linguistics　（Research Mode),　问题是我到现在都还没有接到关于任何拒绝／接受通知，也没有任何书面或者电话方面的confirmation. 请问问题出在哪里？课程开始了吗？

只有full time可以借 ？fulltime和parttime的分别在哪里？是不是fulltime的话，要在两年里完成？而parttime可以在4年里完成？上课时间一样的，对吗？

我也不是很懂full time 和part time 的分别，因为我的科系只有research mode, 学长只是和我说学费不一样，然后只有full time 可以借ptptn. 其他的我就不懂了。可以去IPS问

有什么分别？

怎么我看见有的大学提供的是：
MSc Finance, MBA Finance ( UUM提供的 ）

Finance的硕士怎么会分Science  or Art?

如果没错的话，很有可能是分Science为 program with thesis;
分Art为program without thesis...................

On Campus MBA 每年招生一次，1月31日截止，7月中开课。学费17000++
Online MBA 每年招生两次，6月与11月截止，七月尾与12月尾开课。学费25000++

本人BA Hons Commerce ＆ ICSA graduate， 读master 好 还是 ACCA 好？？
如果本人想修读MBA part time 还是 online MBA 比较好？？

在Penang，好象只有USM 提供MBA course，其他college都没有Master 课程。。。 any idea 吗？
