昨天去看The Aliff,在Tampoi,扣完Rm370psf,才99年。

还有下面post的,看来没有下降,而且还会继续升。

我已經講過很多次.只要馬來西亞還是種族政治,嚴格控制外國華人移民馬來西亞,不放寬移民政策.極力保護馬來人政策。新山的房地產其實就是另外一個鬼城。外國人買來放盤而已。
誰要來馬來西亞居住?外勞很多
