Greetings from AirAsia. Kindly be advised that Flight fromKuala Lumpur to Manado and Manado to Kuala Lumpur is no more in operation, effective on 25 February 2010. AirAsia have canceled this route. First and foremost we would like to explain to you our simple Terms and Conditions. Cancellation, Changes of Schedules: At any time after a booking has been made we may change our schedules and/orcancel, terminate, divert, postpone reschedule or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
We wish to inform you that in the event AirAsia flight sector totally cancelled, the option is:-
(a)Should you choose to travel at another time, retain the valued of yourfare in a credit account for your future travel provided that you mustre-book within 3 months from the issuing date, or
(b) refund of total amount of the booking ticket Youmay need to select only one option. We appreciate if you can reply ustrough e-mail or contact our call center for necessary action on ourside at 603-21719333/603-2171 9222 open daily from 8am to 9pm (Malaysia time +8 GMT). |
