大馬機場現金流料轉強

(吉隆坡5日訊)儘管大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)年初迄今漲幅達72.6%,但在大舉投資第二吉隆坡國際機場後料創造新成長動力,乘客流和非航空營收激增也料令現金流轉強。
電費調漲對淨利影響有限
分析員也認為,大馬機場因電力開銷所佔比重不大、管理層也將轉嫁額外成本予承租人下,淨利受電費調漲的影響有限,淨利下調幅度不到4%。
安聯研究認為,即將在明年5月2日開跑的第二吉隆坡國際機場意味大馬機場的沉重資本開銷將帶來碩果,相信該機場將是該公司未來乘客流和非航空業務的推手。
安聯也提到,電力佔大馬機場總公用事業開銷的65%,佔核心營運開銷比僅11%,管理層也表示將把成本轉嫁給承租人,因而僅下調該公司2014至2015財政年淨利預測3.6%和1%。
儘管安聯下調大馬機場的淨利預測,卻依然唱好該股,歸功於第二吉隆坡國際機場的完成、特許權的延長、投資稅務津貼申請的批准、地段發展的進一步公佈的短期股價催化劑。
大馬機場也依然是安聯在航空領域的首選股,因在2014遊大馬投資主題的帶動下,大馬機場的投資風險較航空業者低。
安聯相信,各種旅遊業的推動活動將帶動遊客量,並令大馬機場受惠;國家航空政策也對大馬機場的長期發展正面。

大马机场忧工程进度 klia2四度延迟启用?

(吉隆坡2日讯)市场再传第二吉隆坡国际机场(klia2)将第四度展延。
对此,大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)今日回应时对于“明年5月2日”的启用日期语带保留,同时坦言对终站能否如期完工感到担忧。
市场盛传,第二吉隆坡国际机场工程再现阻碍,2014年5月2日的原订启用日或会再度展延。
大马机场今日在文告中,表露出对终站工程进度的担忧,并称已将此忧虑传达予承包商UEM-高峰公司。
此外,副交通部长领军的特别专案小组也高度重视,紧密监管建筑进度。
“我们已向承包商重申这项工程对国家的重要,他们应尽一切努力如期完工,好让机场在5月2日运作。”
原订启用日未变
该公司指出,第二吉隆坡国际机场的停机坪、第三跑道、计程车道路和其他基建设备已竣工,而航空地面照明及空中流量控制系统的工程,均如期进行中。
稍早前,大马机场管理层在回应安联投资研究分析员时表示,公司内部仍保持原订启用日,若工程完成后发现技术上问题,公司和承包商已经预留相当充足的冲缓时间以便解决问题。
高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)董事经理丹斯里郑福成上月曾透露,终站工程已经完成98%,预计12月可竣工,并如期在明年4月交货。
廉航终站可应付需求 延工无损大马机场
安联投资研究估计,第二吉隆坡国际机场若延迟启用,也将不超过6个月。
廉航终站(LCCT)的容量也足以应付2014年的乘客,因此对大马机场的现金、赚幅和资产总值均无影响。
有媒体指承包商将机场转交予大马机场后,需至少3个月的营运准备及机场移交(ORAT)工作,并要两个月取得民航局(DCA)准证,才能正式投入运作。
分析员指ORAT和DCA准证工作可同时进行。
“因此,就算工程真的无法如期在12月完成,必须延迟到明年1月,对明年5月启用目标也不会有影响。”
此外,第二吉隆坡国际机场若延迟启用,意味着马印航空(Malindo)必须继续使用吉隆坡国际机场(klia),大马机场也可继续向该航空收取较高的机场税,协助抵消新机场延迟启用的潜在支出。[南洋网财经]

KLIA2再傳延期‧大馬機場股價受壓

(吉隆坡16日訊)吉隆坡國際機場廉航終站(KLIA2)再傳延遲竣工,分析員不排除市場可能會對此消息作出負面反應,導致大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)股價受壓,因為KLIA2工程仍存有太大不確定性因素。
不過,分析員認為這不會對大馬機場的盈利水平形成太大衝擊,且依然有望能在明年5月2日啟用。
從今年初至今,大馬機場股價已激增了73%,估值也比全球機場營運業者來得高;週一股價更一度上升7仙至9令吉零7仙,閉市掛8令吉99仙,反跌1仙。
自動工以來,KLIA2已多次展延竣工,如今可能又無法趕在明年5月2日啟用。大馬機場對KLIA2終站大樓工程進度緩慢感到擔憂,而負責相關工程的是UEM建築及高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑組)。
傳飛機滑行道有裂痕
同時,報導引述消息人士指,為了趕工,該機場的飛機滑行道不平坦,表面出現裂痕,因而需要進行修補工作,耗時數月甚至數年時間才能穩定下來。
根據原定計劃,終站大樓的工程應在11月30日完成,之後需時兩個月完工及落成準證,大馬機場也需3個月時間進行營運就緒及準備轉移測試。
不過,目前終站大樓竣工期限將延至12月31日。
無論如何,大馬機場表示仍期望KLIA2能從明年5月起啟用,儘管建築工程潛在出現技術課題,但擁有足夠緩衝期。
安聯研究表示,KLIA2潛在展延不會對大馬機場的現金流及盈利前景造成顯著影響。
“必須強調的是,完工及落成準證和營運就緒及準備轉移測試可同步進行,雖然基建工作料只能在明年1月完工,但相信不會影響機場的啟用日期。”
該行補充,目前KLIA2基建工程已邁入最後階段,相信啟用日期會落在2014財政年之前,而且即使KLIA2延遲啟用,LCCT仍有能力應付龐大的乘客流量。
“當然,若KLIA2延遲啟用,馬印航空(Malindo Air)將繼續在KLIA營運,意味著大馬機場可徵收更高的乘客服務收費,進而抵銷KLIA2潛在延遲啟用所須承擔的成本。”
零售營業額將滑落
聯昌指出,即使KLIA2延遲啟用,大馬機場僅須承擔些許減值及利息收費,惟零售營業額將滑落,因為KLIA2的零售空間比LCCT來得大。
馬銀行研究表示,KLIA2是大馬機場明年最重要的盈利推手,但也是新財務負擔,每月需償還1千500萬令吉債務,並承擔高員工成本,因為已聘請員工迎接KLIA2的啟用,估計每月得額外祭出300萬至400萬令吉員工成本。
“KLIA2延遲啟用可能導致乘客流量成長面對阻力,因為目前KLIA處理的乘客流量比原訂產能已高出20%。”
該行補充,KLIA停機位不足夠,也導致航班延誤提高;今年有19%航班延誤,平均達到40分鐘,相比去年分別為12.5%及25分鐘。
或發股增購土耳其機場40%
分析員指出,大馬機場可能通過發股來增購土耳其伊斯坦堡Sabiha Gokcen機場的40%股權。
GMR控股有意以2億2千萬歐元(9億5千800萬令吉)脫售Sabiha Gokcen機場的40%股權予TAV控股。
馬銀行研究相信大馬機場將行使其權力收購該批股權,不過卻沒有充裕現金在手,而且借貸能力有限,僅能靠發售新股融資。
“大馬機場負債比達0.85倍,為了保住`AAA’債券評級,負債比最高僅能上升至1倍。”
為此,該行指出,發售新股是最可行的方式,以目前股價計,發售9%新股將可捎來10億令吉。
目前大馬機場持有20%
Sabiha Gokcen機場是伊斯坦堡兩大機場之一,目前大馬機場持有該機場的20%股權馬銀行研究認為Sabiha Gokcen機場估值遭低估,預計未來財政狀況將持續改善,受惠於乘客流量繼續擴張,加上明年乘客服務收費料揚升16%。
針對大馬機場競標發展菲律賓宿霧機場,馬銀行研究認為該公司不可能奪標,因為其競標價是最低的,比最高競標者的出價低66%。
聯昌指出,大馬機場的催化劑包括乘客服務收費走高、特許經營合約獲延長及新稅務獎掖。
安聯也唱好該公司的盈利前景,列為首選航空股,因為在高資本開銷週期結束後,將邁入新成長階段。

(吉隆坡19日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)与卡塔尔Watad集团成立联营公司,携手为新多哈国际机场(New Doha International Airport)提供设备管理服务。
该公司今日向马交所报备,独资子公司大马机场顾问服务私人有限公司(简称MACS),已在周三(18日)和Watad集团成立联营公司,初期股本为20万利尔(约17万4594令吉)。
在联营公司中,Watad集团将持股51%,MACS则持股49%。
MACS是在今年6月获颁总值1亿608万利尔(约1亿403万令吉)的设备管理服务合约。

大马机场调高KPI目标

(吉隆坡20日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)宣布2014财年关键绩效指标(KPI),预估扣除利息、税务、折旧与摊销前盈利(EBITDA)可达到8亿6100万令吉。
大马机场向马交所报备,该集团预计2014财年可取得更佳的EBITDA表现,2013财年的KPI目标为7亿5100万令吉。
大马机场也决定不在2014财年关键绩效指标中,加入投资回酬目标。第二吉隆坡国际机场(klia2)竣工后,将显著推高摊销成本(amortisation cost),并压低投资回酬。
大马机场指出,新航空明年加入和本地航空公司扩展计划,将继续带动机场乘客量。此外,政府早前也宣布明年是大马旅游年,预期可带动我国旅游业和航空业。

大马机场10.2亿 购伊斯坦布尔机场40%

(吉隆坡31日讯)印度GMR控股同意以2亿2500万欧元(约10亿2019万令吉),脱售手上的40%土耳其伊斯坦布尔的撒比哈格克琴国际机场(Sabiha Gokcen Airport)股权,予大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)。
GMR控股表示,大马机场可行使优先购买股权,买入GMR控股所持的40%股权。
大马机场目前持有撒比哈格克琴国际机场的20%股权,而土耳其公司Limak另持有40%股权。
GMR控股近期频频减持旗下公司股权,以削减集团债务。
集团旗下业务包括机场、能源和大道。

大马机场传脱售德里机场股权

(新德里22日讯)印度《兴都时报》报道指出,大马机场(Airport,5014,主板贸服股)有意脱售德里国际机场私人有限公司的10%股权,退出当地的业务。
德里国际机场私人有限公司是由GMR集团主导的財团,负责经营印度首都英德拉甘地国际机场。
GMR有意接手
根据德里国际机场私人有限公司內部消息,持有这家联营公司54%股权的GMR集团,有兴趣向大马机场收购其所持有的一成股权。
除了GMR集团及大马机场,其他的股东包括,持有26%股权的印度机场机构,以及持有其余10%股权的Fraport。
不愿具名的消息人士指出,大马机场已经告知退出德里国际机场私人有限公司的意愿,我们將会接手这批股票,价值大约是25万零300卢比。
印度机场机构一名高级官员也表示,GMR集团在之前一次的董事局会议上,有提到大马机场要退出德里国际机场有限公司的课题。
该名官员指出,相关股东本身应该提出正式的通知,买卖股份也应该是根据印度证券及交易局(SEBI)的指南行事。
消息指出,大马机场管理层早前曾到德里会见印度机场机构官员,並表达退出这项联营计划的意愿。
在2006年1月,这个財团获得营运、管理及发展英德拉甘地国际机场的特许经营权。这项经营权的期限是30年,並可延长额外30年的期限。
对於大马机场退出这项联营计划的原因,消息人士指,这项联营伙伴的锁定期限是7年,目前已经结束。
大马机场並没有及时回应《兴都时报》针对这项消息提出的询问。

FUND RAISING | Description | MALAYSIA AIRPORTS HOLDINGS BERHAD (“MAHB” OR THE “COMPANY”)
PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF MAHB TO INVESTOR(S) TO BE IDENTIFIED, AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER, ON THE MAIN MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT”) | We refer to the announcements dated 23 December 2013 and 30 December 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions and Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). All abbreviations herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements unless stated otherwise.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MAHB (“Board”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad had, on 13 January 2014, submitted a letter to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to seek a waiver from having to comply with Paragraphs 6.04(c) and 6.05 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main Market LR”) for the placement of MAHB Shares to Employees Provident Fund ("EPF") and Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera ("ASB") pursuant to a proposed private placement to be implemented under a general mandate for issue of securities pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Waiver Application”). Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 24 January 2014, approved the Waiver Application subject to the following conditions:
(1) The Board to furnish a confirmation to Bursa Securities confirming that MAHB is not accustomed or under an obligation, whether formal or informal, to act in accordance with the directions, instructions or wishes of EPF and Permodalan Nasional Berhad ("PNB");
(2) EPF and ASB are not the largest shareholders nor do they have any control or influence over MAHB’s management, financials and operations;
(3) EPF and ASB have not nominated any representative to the Board;
(4) EPF and ASB are not the initiators, agents or involved in any other manners in the Proposed Private Placement save for their participation in the bookbuilding exercise and acquisition of the placement shares (if any);
(5) Tan Sri Dr. Wan Abdul Aziz bin Wan Abdullah has abstained and will abstain from any deliberation and decision on matters pertaining to ASB for the Proposed Private Placement including the allocation of the placement shares to ASB, PNB and/or funds managed by PNB;
(6) The placement of MAHB shares to be carried out via an independent bookbuilding process and no preferential treatment to be given to any of the placees; and
(7) MAHB is to ensure that the public shareholding spread as required under Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market LR is not compromised as a result of Bursa Securities' approval for the Waiver Application.

大马机场末季净利挫37%

(吉隆坡27日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)公佈2013財政年末季(截至12月31日止)业绩,其净利从前年同期的7802万令吉,按年萎缩37.83%,至4850万令吉;营业额则从前年同期的13亿2827万令吉,按年下跌15.60%,至11亿2106万令吉。
全年而言,该公司净利为3亿8893万令吉,较去年同期的3亿9446万令吉,微跌1.40%;惟营业额按年成长15.52%,至40亿9875万令吉,去年同期为35万4806万令吉。
根据该公司发佈的文告,2013年机场业务的总营运成本,按年成长22.67%,至30亿1282万令吉,去年同期为24亿5603万令吉。
客流量增16.75%
至于客流量方面,国际和本地航班乘客分別按年增长16.75%和19.91%,至3825万人和4128万人。
另一方面,根据《马新社》报导,大马机场首席財务员法依查曼苏在今天召开的业绩匯报会上表示,该公司有信心今年的客流量可以取得9.7%成长,主要是因为航空公司皆扩充它们的乘客容量,以及预期2014年大马旅游年將吸引更多的游客到访。
乐观看待2014
法依查补充说,预计在今年5月开张的第二吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA2),將为该公司的营业额带来正面的贡献。
「我们对2014年保持乐观,因为今年是大马旅游年。这对我们而言,是正面的讯號。」
他透露,大马机场60%的客流量是来自亚洲国家。
针对KLIA2,法依查表示,承包商预计將在本月杪提呈递交证书。
「如果他们能够按时在本周递交,那么我们就能够在5月2日开幕。」
截至去年12月31日,大马机场的客流量按年成长18.4%,共有7950万游客使用大马机场在我国的39座机场,同时,该成长也超越了去年的7.1%。
国际与国內的客流量皆在去年取得强劲的成长,分別成长16.8%和19.9%。其中,吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)的客流量成长19.1%,即KLIA主要大厦和廉价机场的客流量,在去年分別成长24.6%和13.2%。
此外,法依查表示,大马机场也冀望加强非航空营运的贡献。[东方网财经]

Remarks : | Current year quarter and year to date 31 December 2013
- A single-tier final dividend of 7.63 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012 was approved by the Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 March 2013. The final dividend totalling to RM92.86 million of which RM13.93 million was paid on 13 May 2013 and the remaining was reinvested on 14 May 2013.
-A single-tier interim dividend of 0.6 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 was declared on 8 November 2013 and will be paid or reinvested on 30 January 2014.
Current year quarter and year to date 31 December 2012
-The final dividend of 12.85 sen per ordinary share less Malaysia Income tax of 25% and single-tier dividend of 0.3 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011 was declared on 6 March 2012 and paid on 11 May 2012.

淨利遜預期‧大馬機場財測維持

(吉隆坡28日訊)大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)第四季與全年核心淨利低於分析員預期,分別按年挫72.1%與19.6%,基於大馬旅遊年促成搭客增長,新廉航機場5月開幕引進更多搭客,分析員仍對其前景樂觀。
安聯研究維持今明兩財政年財測,認為應在大馬旅遊年累積該股,緊隨旅遊年促銷,航運交通未來將增長。
“同時股價潛在飆漲,持股的新德里與海德拉巴機場獲盈利、吉隆坡國際機場Aeropolis的龐大地段等。”
旅遊年遊客增
機場稅潛在調漲
肯納格說,機場稅的潛在調漲與旅客在大馬旅遊年增長,對大馬機場前景樂觀,財測不變。
興業研究說,機場稅料在這個財政年按年調漲5%,與5年期複合通膨率相等。馬銀行研究說,預期KLIA2廉航機場5月2日如期開幕,機場稅料在2月漲9至10%(降陸與停機費已在1月各調漲9%與18%;MIDF則預測調漲5至10%。
大馬機場2013全年淨利3億2千170萬令吉,其營運仍保健康,不包括建築的核心營業額按年增13.9%,其中降陸、停機費調高9%、搭客按年增18.4%。全年營運開銷按年增24.8%,職員薪資增21%、折舊25.6%、行政開銷增15.6%。
興業預期這個財政年資本開銷從3億7千100萬令吉再增1億令吉,今明兩財政年薪資成本按年增5%,調低今明兩財政年財測19%與13%。
達證券預期土耳其首都機場2015財政年盈虧持平,該機場第三季已獲利,管理層並採重組措施減低融資成本。
“建KLIA2廉航機場與擴展檳城機場斥資43億令吉,迄今已開銷40億令吉;管理層認為可從亞洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板貿服組)的搭客流受惠。同時,有一隊伍正力荐維持低機場稅(與舊廉航機場相同)。”

大马机场財测下调

(吉隆坡28日讯)隨著营运资本高于预期,以及联號公司的亏损比预期大,大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)2013財政年末季(截至12月31日止)业绩表现普遍不符市场预测,导致分析员纷纷下调该公司2014和2015財政年的盈利预测。
儘管最新业绩表现比预期逊色,大马机场在今天的股价走势跟隨大市反弹,以全天最高水平8.90令吉开跑,比昨日闭市价8.68令吉,高22仙或2.53%。
可是,该股隨后收窄涨幅,盘中曾触及昨日闭市水平8.68令吉,写全天最低水平,最后以8.71令吉掛收,全天微起3仙或0.346%。其全天成交量为236万零300股,低於昨日的369万零200股。
表现落后预期
MIDF研究分析员表示,该公司全年核心净利为3亿1710万令吉,分別占他及市场全年预测的72.6%及71.3%,表现落后预期,主要是被末季低于预期的数据,以及联號公司--伊斯坦堡萨比哈机场管理公司ISG(Istanbul Sabiha Gocken)蒙亏4880万令吉拖累。
此外,拉昔胡申研究分析员则表示,大马机场2013財政年盈利低于预测,主要是因为员工成本高于预期,这是基于吉隆坡第二国际机场(KLIA2)聘请额外员工,以及较高的员工奖金所致。
艾芬投行分析员表示,大马机场2013財政年核心盈利,分別比他与市场全年预测低20%和12%,主要是因为其税前赚幅只有34%,低于他预测的40%。
针对吉隆坡第二国际机场,大马机场管理层表示该机场將如期在2014年5月开幕,同时也预测其联號公司ISG,將在2015年达到收支平衡。
此外,大马机场管理层表示,关于机场税会否上调,政府將在2月12日公布。
按时间表,游客服务费是在今年调整,若政府决定不会吸纳上涨的费用,则將会直接转嫁给乘客。
在2014年,该公司管理层的目標是乘客量成长9.7%(相比拉昔胡申研究预测的7.9%),及扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利(EBITDA)为8亿6000万令吉(相比拉昔胡申研究预测的9亿7900万令吉)。
拉昔胡申研究分析员表示,维持大马机场的营业额预测,但將2014至2015財政年的员工成本分別调高5%,同时將2014及2015財政年的盈利预测,分別调低19%及13%。
他说,隨著该股股价从12月至今已回跌11%,因此將其投资评级调高至「买进」,不过,目標价则调低至9.80令吉,以反映其盈利预测被下修。
同时,艾芬投行也將其2014和2015財政年盈利预测,分別调低25%和20.6%,並维持该股「减持」投资评级,及7.50令吉目標价格;MIDF研究则维持该股「中和」投资评级,及7.63令吉目標价格。[东方网财经]

KLIA用太阳能 年省210万

(吉隆坡28日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)联手美国爱迪生太阳能公司(SunEdison),在吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)推介总投资额达2亿令吉的首个机场太阳能系统。
大马机场总营运长拿督阿都哈密阿里在今日的推介礼上表示,“根据目前的能源成本,此太阳能系统预期可为大马机场每年省下约210万令吉。”
阿都哈密阿里透露,该公司无需为此计划拨出任何成本,只是提供未充分利用资产。
“爱迪生太阳能需要为此支付租金和特许权使用费,而大马机场则以相当低廉的费率来购买此电源。”[南洋网财经]
