星光资源SKPRES – 依旧灿烂

SKPRES创办于1974年，在2003年上市于大马主要板。作为一站式服务中心 ，集团是一家电子制造服务供应商，主要从事塑料零件制造、精密模具制造、二次加工、电子设备组装和全套合同制造。

凭着在电子塑料行业拥有超过40年的制造经验，SKPRES目前已发展成为全马最大的塑胶产品制造厂商之一，生产电脑和电子等相关塑胶产品的外壳。其业务兴衰与电子及电器行业的好坏息息相关。

2014年对于SKPRES而言是一个重要的里程碑。集团在当年通过现金和发新股方式，以总额RM200m收购德力TECNIC的全部业务。如今的TECNIC已改名为Rohas Tecnic。拿督颜金发是这2家公司的共同大股东，当时分别持有两者超过60%的股权。

完成收购后，SKPRES的注塑和电子制造服务与TECNIC的塑料成型业务结合，涵盖汽车、石油和天然气、食品和饮料以及消费品等多个行业。集团的客户群随之扩大，包括Exxon Mobil、Petronas、Nestle、Unilever等等。

尽管全球经济在FY15和FY16不稳定，但是SKPRES却在管理层的带领下，连续多年取得成长。其营业额从FY13的RM422m暴涨超过3倍至FY17的RM1.94b，相等于36%的复合年利率。这主要归功于较高的电子制造服务合约以及TECNIC业务的并购。

此外，SKPRES位于柔佛的新厂房在FY16开始投入运作，为集团带来额外的产能，以应付Dyson的合约。这厂房也使SKPRES有能力争取更多合约，同时也见证了新计划和新产品的推出。整体而言，集团在过去几年积极扩展电子制造服务业务，并投入大量资金在扩展上。这些投资在FY16和FY17已经开始取得成果。

在2016年，SKPRES获得戴森Dyson电子消费品新订单，为期4年 (2016-2019年)。这是Dyson其中一项新产品的制造合约，平均合约价值为每年RM500m。

由于大马外劳雇佣条例有所改变，SKPRES的劳工无法同时应付每个制造合约。为了集中人力并专注于最新合约产品的生产，集团早前与Dyson签署每年总值RM400m的无线吸尘机生产合约将终止。然而，另一份签署每年价值RM600m，为期5年的特定型号电吸尘机生产合约将保持不变。

Dyson是英国一家知名的电器企业，是全球首家研发生产旋风分离式吸尘器的公司。SKPRES在2010年被Dyson委任为第一级的本地生产商，主要负责供应吸尘机的塑胶零件，以及组装和包装服务。随后的几年，SKPRES从Dyson手上陆续获得不少订单，大部分都是为Dyson组装直立式真空吸尘器和无叶风扇等产品。根据2017年报，Dyson在FY17为SKPRES带来RM1.59b的贡献，占了整体收入的82%。

在2014年，Dyson宣布总值￡1.5b或者大约RM9b的资本开销计划，其中的65%用于研发以及及35%用于拓展东南亚生产设施。Dyson计划发展4种新科技产品，并在未来4年于全球推介100项新产品。作为Dyson的生产商，SKPRES必定受惠其中。

总结2015年和2016年，SKPRES已从Dyson手上获得两份相当可观的合约，每年合约总值为RM1.1b，直到2019年。目前，集团位于柔佛的新厂房仅使用不到50%。未来，SKPRES绝对有足够的能力以及生产空间，以争取更多的制造合约。

SKPRES未来2年前景依然亮丽，主要获得Dyson的两项无线吸尘机合约支撑，每年贡献RM1.1b销售。这两项合约足以让集团未来2年 (FY18和FY19) 保持忙碌。再加上其他的合约产品的贡献，集团未来2年的营业额可至少介于RM1.7-2.0b。尽管收入增长获得保证，但是其盈利表现仍然取决于赚幅。

本专页认为SKPRES与VS之间的差别其实并不大，两者都是依赖于主要大客户Dyson的订单。唯一不同的是，VS的作风比较高调，常常获得投行们和媒体的关注。因此，本专页认为两者的估值不应该相差太大。

假设SKPRES可在FY18交出RM2.3b的营业额，以保守6%的税后赚幅计算，其全年盈利将会是RM138m，相等于每股11仙的盈利。再以18-20倍PE推算，SKPRES的每股潜在价值处于RM2.00-2.20之间。

垂直整合有利抢单．星光资源两年财测上调

（吉隆坡15日讯）星光资源（SKPRES，7155，主板工业产品组）有望在2018年中取得垂直整合（VI）地位，大华继显看好这将提高集团未来抢单能力，因此调高未来两年财测13%和26%。

大华继显表示，星光资源耗资1000万令吉的印刷电路板和电池组工厂将在2018年完成，预期供应商将授予其垂直整合地位，这将强化其争取更多大客户合约的机会。

值得一提的是，星光资源主要客户拟在未来3年提高销售额1倍，大华继显认为，基于同侪产能多处于饱和，而星光资源新厂房将为其争取更多合约增添筹码。

“在考量主要客户的增长前景后，我们维持星光资源2018财政年净利目标不变，但上修2019和2020财政年净利目标13%和26%，以反映未来2年额外3亿令吉和6亿令吉销售贡献。”

有鉴于此，大华继显维持星光资源“守住”评级不变，但调高目标价至1令吉85仙，以反映近期电子客户雄心勃勃增长计划推高本地电子制造商估值上调因素。

（吉隆坡29日讯）星光资源（SKP Resources Bhd）在截至今年9月杪第二季（2019财年第二季）净赚2810万令吉或每股2.25仙，比上财年同期的3508万令吉或每股2.86仙，按年下滑19.9%，主要是来自现有主要客户的营业额下跌。

季度营业额也从5亿9416万令吉，按年降低19.68%至4亿7723万令吉。

现财年首半年净利按年降低21.19%至5394万令吉或每股4.31仙，上财年同期为6844万令吉或每股5.57仙；营业额则从11亿2000万令吉，按年萎缩18.88%至9亿775万令吉。

展望未来，董事部预计集团将继续获利。

“前景仍然良好且董事部乐观，并预计现有客户和新客户的订单将对集团截至2019年3月31日止财年作出积极贡献。”

（吉隆坡29日讯）星光资源（SKP Resources Bhd）截至6月杪2020财政年首季净利按年下跌28.4%至1849万令吉，或每股1.48仙，相比上财年同期的2583万令吉，或每股2.07仙。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，次季营业额也从4亿3052万令吉，跌15.8%至3亿6255万令吉，因来自现有主要客户的收入下降，以及产业组合不同。

尽管开局疲弱，星光资源预计，截至明年3月31日止2020财年将实现盈利增长。

该集团解释说，尽管由于贸易紧张，全球市场面临挑战，但该集团多数客户的商业信心依然乐观。

“集团在电子制造服务（EMS）行业具有良好的策略优势，并继续寻求从现有客户扩大市场份额的机会。我们将继续扩大印刷电路板组装（PCBA）、注塑和工程能力，以借助扩大的产品组合。”

“集团将继续致力于实现盈利增长，专注于追求卓越的营运。”
