其实可以闲骑的，只是你就享受不到大会安排的福利咯，比如说过后你得自己看马路，找方向，买食物吃，脚抽筋没有pbsm帮你治疗等等。。马路是大家的

是的讨论哥，用mtb估计只有@botakguan那种等级才做得到
我现在有在物色rb了，可能10月尾入手 ...

RB 的价钱（RM1,000-RM50,000），多点点的重量（10kg左右，好点的都在 9kg 以下的），frame 的材料（carbon，Alluminium，Titanium） 其实都不是问题来的。应该以自己的能力来物色。

RB 最重要的就是 适合的 size 和 适合的 setting。然后用点时间来强制性的融合和适应这些 setting，然后你就可以飞的了（通常几个月后）。

当然因为脚车一买就要骑很多年的，我的建议就是，买你喜欢的牌子的 frame 的整辆脚车吧（便宜一点的也没关系，因为多数都是低端的 配件）！硬/配件 以后可以因能力升级的了（钱！钱！钱！钱！） 。

就我认知，小折如果真的想骑超过 35 kmh current speed 的话，对很多人来说会很幸苦的（除了是 pro 级的人），而且还是 120 km 的距离。

就拿 round island 来说吧，很多人在用小折在骑，但你看看，有那个骑小折的真的能跟得上前面在高速冲刺的 peloton 的了。我就没看过（割过的就蛮多，因为很多都很早就出发的了）。可能开始还能跟个几公里，但全程的话，我不认为能办得到。

你是用mtb?? 如讨论大人说的，120km 28km/h是相当难的如果是用mtb还是小折。。不过你这样年轻体力又旺盛，我不敢酱快下定论
话说我用mtb跑过最远130km，不过均速只有22km/h 这礼拜天又要挑战自我了

应该是好胜心和面子在作怪吧

我不觉得是面子作怪，骑那么快都没人看见。应该是一个带一个，越骑越快，骑到忘我，所以要有人喊速度才可以保持下来。就像我们现在练的就是速度控制，事先说好Top Speed是多少，然后大家遵守，太快的话就被喊了。。。

This 3 states 120 km event scheduled on the 4th January is an inspired version of the 180 Km Malakoff Interstate Fellowship Ride organised by KOTRT for 4 consecutive years. I took part in 2 of these events and i enjoyed it tremendously. The route through Kulim- Lunas- Mahang- Selama Kedah and Selama Perak etc is very different from what we islanders have ridden. It has long stretches of undulating kampong road which can be quite isolated at times
Those who have participated in the previous malakoff-interstate-fellowship-ride will be very familiar with the controlled ride.

Flagoff will be at Juru Autocity... and the thousands of cyclists will naturally fall into many pelotons according to their comfortable speed. The catch here is, participants must be able to cycle and maintain at 28 kph.on average and at ease cycling in a group. The reason is everyone shud move together and after each 40 km water station and regrouping will be done. That means if you ride very fast in the lead pelotons, you will have to wait a long time for the last cyclist. Vice versa, if you are too slow and the sapu lorries coming from the back reaches you, you will need to go up the lorry with your bike and they will ferry you and your bike to the regrouping point. If you refuse... your ride number will be taken from you and you are on your own.

For this 120 km ride there will be 2 water stations and regrouping.

If our flag off time is at 7 am, conservatively by 9 am everyone shud be at the 1st 40 km regrouping point and ready to start off for the 2nd regrouping point at 80th km. Again 2 hours later at 11 am everyone shud reached the 2nd regrouping cum water station. Hopefully everyone can be back at Autocity by 1 pm in time for lunch.

Press conference with our Chief Minister will be on 30th August and registration open on 31st.

It will be a STRICTLY no jersey no ride.... and it will be strictly enforced. For your own safety do not register if you cannot comply with this criterion."

骑的路和我预测的不太一样，不过这是一条很适合rb骑的路线，rolling 上上下，哈哈

简单的说，
就是要大家穿他们的Jersey，长长的一条龙，替他们打广告。。。

就像我之前参加污桶举办的，免费的，前面开路的开慢慢，开广播，全部人后面慢慢骑，帮他们打广告。

太慢的扫上Sapu车倒是还好，毕竟120公里不好控制。
但是Regroup就。。。
高手会要去么？
40公里，高手一个小时左右就到达了，等差不多一个小时？
萧料。。。
等等，高手，你要等两次啊～～～

他们会向赞助商说，这次参与的一定穿大会Jersey了，
你们的Logo会很抢眼。。。长长的１２０公里。。。
不会断断续续的，有Regroup。。效果多好。。。多气势。。。

如果Jersey是optional的话我就会参加。。有漏洞，没体力要参加的人可以考虑只骑第一和最后一段，其余的路段坐车

regroup应该是要确保每位rider可以按时到终点，酱他们的工作也就简单点
