(吉隆坡29日讯)亿钢控股(Econpile Holdings Bhd)获杨忠礼机构(YTL Corp Bhd)子公司杨忠礼建筑私人有限公司(Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay)颁发总值3410万令吉的合约,承接金马士-新山电气化双轨铁路项目一部分的钻孔打桩及桩帽工程。
亿钢控股执行董事兼集团总执行长潘沙指出,加上最新这份合约,公司订单为13亿令吉,预计将在未来两三年确认。
该线路包括192公里的电气化双轨、车站、电动车站、陆地高架桥、桥梁、电气化及信号系统。
“亿钢控股将负责Section 3的工程,从巴罗(Paloh)至令金(Renggam)。”
该集团指出,合约期为4个月,预计在截至2019年6月30日止财政年为集团带来进账。
另外,亿钢控股公布,截至6月杪2018财政年第四季净利跌6.7%至1946万令吉,或每股1.46仙,去年同期报2086万令吉,或每股1.56仙,因大部分收入来自赚幅一般较低的基础设施项目。
然而,末季营业额从1亿5768万令吉,扬21.9%至1亿9228万令吉。
全年净利增7.8%至8710万令吉,相比2017财年的8077万令吉;营业额报7亿2840万令吉,比去年的5亿8191万令吉,按年弹升25.2%。
潘沙表示,亿钢控股未来将专注于提高效率,以加强净利增长。
“我们将在新财年继续保持审慎,并专注于更有效地优化我们的资源。过去两三年里,我们大量投资在机械,这足以满足进行中项目的广泛需求。”
他补充:“我们的目标是规划未来的可持续增长。”

The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad wishes to update that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“EMSB”) had on 17 September 2019 been awarded a sum of RM5,959,024.99 together with costs and interest, in relation to the award in the second Adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012.
The first adjudication awarded to EMSB was on 21 June 2019 for a sum of RM67,767,269.32 together with costs.
The Arbitration filed by EMSB against ASM Development (KL) Sdn. Bhd. with Asian International Arbitration Centre is still in progress and any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
