Job Responsibilities:
 Accountable for providing administrative support to project including data entry
 Accountable for upkeep of document files and drawing registers
 Ensures workers’ time cards are in order and timely submitted to HR Department
 Ensures upkeep of site office and office equipments
 Arranges for site dispatch
 Arranges for workers’ medical check-ups and collection of medical reports
 Liaises with suppliers, sources for quotations and procures project materials
 Prepares Purchase Orders, monitors delivery and generates Goods Receive Notes
 Attends site meetings
 Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
 Minimum ‘O’-Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 Singaporean/ PR only
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognized by Building and Construction Academy (BCA) and preferably recognized by Professional Engineering Board, Singapore
• At least 3 years relevant civil experience
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountable for planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes
• Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meets all clients’ and quality, environmental, health & safety requirements
• Accountable for preparation of monthly progress report, construction Method Statements and technical proposal
• Accountable for settlement of project disputes/clarifications during the execution of project
• Ensures inspections and checking on site works have been conducted
• Plans and sequences of the construction operations according to the Project Management Plan
• Supports Quantity Surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payments and claims
• Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project related issues
• Performs other duties as assigned
Job Details- Responsible for promoting skin care product (approach potential clients, product demonstration, close sales deals)

Requirement
- - Higher education is not needed, priority for sales experience
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. The work location is at Serangoon.
- Presentable, outgoing, confident
- Experience in sales, beauty, skin care or cosmetic would be an advantage
