我今天打了电话给LBS的finance 部门，另外的20%要给了。。。
至于interest呢，就看什么银行。
据他所说的，某些银行loan agreement里又说明需不需要给construction interest.
而某些银行需要的话，你就先给之后才向发展商claim.

除非在usj舊區找,價錢不相上下.但是屋子開始有點問題了,修理的費用也會不少. 你也可以看看usj height 那裡的,有新屋.但是那個價錢.........我看到就腳軟了.^^ |

Yeah, it seems the construction is a bit slow, but if they hand over the key beyond the 24 months period, they need to pay compensation to us, so we can make use of it to our renovation...
Alansam,
Previously we applied with HSBC as well, they manged to provide the LO to us within 2 weeks from the application, but we didnt took the offer..

hi alan,
i took MBB loan... hmmm i can't really differentiate the good and the bad..
so far the interested is fixed and locked at 4%
hi chris,
the most worrying part would be if they hurry up the construction, it is not that good too and would be there cases like having defects after construction complete.
hmm.... what we can do is to laying faith to them and hope they are doing their job best. |

I think Ivory Phase 2 is still avialable, if not mistaken the price is 348k (bumi price), for non-bumi it should be around 372k, the house is schedule to be ready by early 2012.
If you interested, go to the developer website www.lbs.com.my , hope it helps. |

现在沒有建筑期间0%利息的优惠了,但是有折扣5%頭期.
putra heights 你會去吗?如果會就容易找了.從USJ,putra heights 去KLIA的方向就對了.有路牌注明 bandar saujana putra的.

今天剛剛問了,答案是還有.開始第7&8排了(一共14排).價錢起5K.再開新的會再起,消息是從銷售員那裡 ...

如果從cyber去很接近,新的highway也在工程中.以後會很方便邊.
是99年地契,Ivory真的不錯.如果要再大間點就indigo,但是價錢就有分別.^^

有问过sales, Ivory 基本上买家大多数是华人。对面的Magenta Homes 却是友族比较多。 |

Hi all,
Settled my bank already Sorry I cant read much mandarin (been using babelfish.yahoo.com to translate). There is also another active thread of Ivory 2 purchasers over at lowyat.net for which I am active there.
I would like to ask, how much does the bank charge for the under construction interests? |
