白沙罗市中心重建计划传林晓春扩大规模

（吉隆坡1日讯）拿督林晓春透过私人公司投入巨资重建白沙罗市中心（Pusat Bandar Damansara，简称PBD）的计划，预计将展开更大规模的发展项目，从原定的9栋建筑物，扩大至11栋。

根据《The Edge》财经周刊报道，也是马顿（MALTON，6181，主板产业股）执行主席的林晓春旗下ImpianEkspresi私人有限公司计划在当地兴建十一栋建筑物，其中包括办公楼、酒店、服务式公寓及零售店面，发展总值预计达20亿至30亿令吉。

然而，这计划已有变动，最初的计划原是在面积为3.88公顷的地皮，兴建九栋建筑物。

根据最初计划，在九栋建筑物内，其中有七栋将被重新开发为四栋办公楼、两栋住宅、一栋酒店与零售店面。

而剩余的两栋建筑物，则将翻新为办公楼，整个发展料耗时6年完成。

据了解，目前的计划是拆除所有现有的建筑物，为新工程铺路。

由于工程规模扩大，故重建PBD料耗上更长的时间。

2017年竣工的Semantan及PBD捷运站料使整个PBD重建计划受惠。

市场认为，林晓春将可提高PBD的知名度及地位，就如他旗下的柏威年广场般。【南洋网财经】
