staff loan 利息没那么高。
Hong Leong group 有很多生意,不止是bank而已。
所有hong leong group 工作的还有hong leong assurance agent 都可以。 |

我的屋子要两年才完成。Around 400k.
有bank给我period 30 years,头三年BLR-2.3, 第四第五年BLR-1.3, remaining is BLR-1.9. Home link. lock 3 years. 有什么还需要考虑的吗?这个配套好不好?我打算拿完EPF放进那个Current Account first.有什么我需要问Bank吗? |

我在今年頭跟PUBLIC BANK 拿了 home loan。。不包括MRTA.
但是昨天收到LONPAC INSURANCE來的一封信。。說是POLICY。。要我還RM350++。。請問這是一定要還的嗎??是甚麼來的。。?? |

先在的配套是BLR+0.10%...lock in还没过..剩几个月..
刚刚联络了银行..他们说可以帮我做revise rate..大概在BLR-1.0% 到-1.50%左右…lock in 5年
其它手续都不需要..只是要还一个RM50 processing fee..
这样的revise rate OK吗? |

小弟昨晚在nilai看了一间3层角头店屋~前屋主买的价钱是500++千~由于那个地区旺不起来~所以现在给小弟用265千买下了~现在在找着银行贷款~我要借90%~利息大概多少呢?? |
