I do not allow such things happen in future. Besides, she also said that those stubborn staffs hadall left and implied me that if I cannot obey her policy ,I better resign.

For my knowledge, a manager has to know how to manage and supervise hissubordinates besides assigning job to them.

She is too arrogant as if she is higher that Manager, I can imagine that what the situation is if I work with her.

Hence, I hope you could understand why I want to terminate our service of contract.

I sincerely apologize and hope that you would accept my apology.

首先我觉得你的英文不差...但需要改善grammar尤其是tense.你好像分不清几时要用present.

I saw him when I was eating.不能参参 i saw him when i am eating.
另外有时句子不大通顺。。。

其实我的英文也不是讲很好，所以有什么改错了还望见量。。。

不是应该改成 But nobody is in the office......吗？不然没有verb？

我也有问题。如果我说"who spreads the rumour"还是"who spread the rumour"?
因为who是一个人，所以verb要+s？

I saw him when I was eating
可以说 I saw him eating吗？

Who spread the rumour？(因为是past tense的关系）

还有：
I saw him eating 和 I saw him when I was eating 是不一样的。
I saw him eating-我看见他正在吃饭。
I saw him when I was eating－我在吃饭时看到他。

应该是这样吧。

没有啦，其实我是比上不足，比下有余，真正英文比我好的大有人在，大家一起学习学习

不好意思，我看漏了 But nobody is in the office..才对, 至于是is 或was 就要看你是讲着过去的还是present。。。
就像xuenn讲的，I saw him when I was eating和 I saw him eating两者不同意思。。。

至于你说who有不同的用法：

Who are you?
Who am I?
Who is he?
who 的后面跟着什么要看句子的构造。。。

Who tells you that? Ali tells me that.
Who knows him? Ali knows him.
base on the singular subject

Who make it? We make it.
Who eat it? The children eat it.
base on the plural subject

Who saw it? I saw it (yesterday).

总之，是看你用singular还是plural若是past tense 就当然不用加s 如；Who gave you that book?

Who后面有用到s的例子:
Who does he think he is? (他以为他是谁呀?!)
Who has the paper? (谁有那张纸?)
Who cares? (谁理呀?)

Who walks to school? <---- This is correct.

应该是这样吧。。。希望有高人来指点

In regards to the Fire Insurance, both Developer and Banker had charged us respectively.

We have signed contract with the developer, hence, we must ask bank to withdraw. we need not to pay two side.
