Flyer 的房图比 S&P 的还要detail   看了也不感相信。。

I think that developer does not want to commit too much of thing in S&P...

But Still ok since the total build up area and total land area were covered and stated clearly. So it shouldn't affect much of the size. I'm fine with it as long as they deliver me my house with the stated size

True also, but... if let say actual layout dimension different from the SnP, the developer will do little compensate, I think SnP got state down clearly, right?

Careful with the unit conversion, I think SnP mostly used "sqm" rather than "sqft".

感觉就是灰色根本是石灰来的。。好像我看了pearl garden的，感觉不像另外油了灰色上去><

如果他们说是灰色的话。。抗议吧。。。。Brochure 明明看起来像白色咯。。灰色的话我真的接受不到咯。。。。。。 那天sign S & P 时也忘了问。。。。

Once they painted, I think whole garden will be all same color... for G&G concept...

i felt very disappointed if the exterior colour really look like this...
we don't even have a chance to change the colour...
