Description	RESCISSION AGREEMENT FOR THE TERMINATION OF JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH LCDA HOLDINGS SDN BHD
Pursuant to Paragraph 10.05 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that RSB had on 24th July 2025, entered into a rescission agreement (“Rescission Agreement”) with LCDA Holdings Sdn Bhd (“LHSB”) to mutually rescind the Joint Venture Agreement dated 25th April 2001 (“JV Agreement”) involving the development of a parcel of land known as Ulu Selangau NCR Land Development Area located in Sibu division, Sarawak into an oil palm plantation through the joint venture company, PJP Pelita Selangau Plantation Sdn Bhd. The rescission effectively terminates the joint venture arrangement between LHSB and RSB under the JV Agreement. Further details of the Rescission Agreement are set out in the file as attached herewith. This announcement is dated 24th July 2025.
