上两个月经过时看见这个Iris Garden好像差不多好了。根据那边的工作人员，这个project比预期进展快，所以很快就可以交锁匙。可是现在这样看来，他们的手工真的有点。。。

我对这些不太懂，也相信每一个发展商也不是十全十美。

今天我和Roei去八一八BSJ的新project (Indigo Homes - Double Storey Semi-D), 屋身比Ivory Residences 长了15尺，当然里面会较大，但价钱就要 RM483,507 (非土著要 RM520,000) , 今天看到已经卖出7-8间把。个人认为还是 Ivory Residences 比较值得，你们觉得如何？

Ivory Residences 看来已经开始做地基了，但忘了拍照。。

想问一问有没有人收到银行的 interest charge? 我们都有收到，但不知道要怎样和几时拿去跟LBS claim 回？

好像chris所说的, 还是 ivory 好......... (our opinion)

前两排的已经到 (Ground Beam) 了, 所以你们应该要开始给 (interest) 了吧.
我们的是后两排, 还没到那个阶段, 所以还没收到信.

halo all,

Just something to share with u guys, LBS new project launching at bandar saujana putra --> Indigo. this is 32 x 70 semi D. the selling price for non-bumi is RM519K.
Do you all have a look on the show house ? it is just 15 (70-55 = 15) extra area, but the selling price is so much different leh.

p/s : ivory phase 2 the selling price now is RM 375k already. respond abit slow. phase 2 start row number 3. now sell until row number 4 and 5 only .

今天跟我太太也到了site那裡參觀(第二期),也看了indigo.我們在考慮不知道那個會比較好.
不知各位能夠給我點意見吗?謝謝!

    hi Alan,

of course the Indigo is much more spacious compare to Ivory, especially the master bedroom (Ivory) is not big enough, if your women want a nice and big wardrobe she will be disapointed.

Regardless the design, layout, both also got their own style.

Who doesn't want a bigger house? if both houses price are not much different, Indigo is better choice.
But in this case, we are talking about RM60k different so personally i think Ivory is the winner here. Unless the price tag is not an issue for you, i am sure you have your answer already.

Well, hope you will be our future neighbour...

各位好。。
我和我女友也正在考虑着，担心太多马来人和发展趋势倾向于马来发展（如MYDIN ＆ MARA），还有就是前面的LOW COST SHOP，我的女友见一次就骂一次。
另外困扰的就是SECURITY，因为太多LOW COST HSE了，会有很多LA LA 马来仔（我不是种族歧视）。
还有就是TOLL，我在KOTA DAMANSARA 上班，女友在PUCHONG，油和TOLL让我吃不消（估计RM５００ PER MTH），INSTALLMENT 大概RM１。５K，我和女友加起来才差不多六千，烦！
各位大大有什么意见吗？？

We did have the same thots as you b4 we bought the house, but after we survey around in klang valley houses and finally found the Ivory which we think it worth.

As you know the houses in Malaysia is gettting more and more expensive, if you want a house in a area that already well developed, good neighbourhood, you just need to pay extra more. Besides, this neighbourhood got development potential.

Perhaps you can look around at others new launch property in klang valley and make some comparison.

Hi all,

We went to the site this afternoon, since we have received the letter from the developer to withdraw 1st 10% of the payment from the bank. And i have taken a few photos to share, and i have highlighted the piping at the ground floor toilet and kitchen sink area (just in case if you want to change your piping in future.)

We have check with LBS staff today, they said we could submit our bank statement every six months to claim back the construction period interest.
