VB6 和 email/ERP 系统

我有一MNC客户，叫我用VB6开发一套email系统，以便能够从他们的ERP系统里抓出相关数据，再加上相关文本(Text)，然后email出去。。。然后在收件人一打开email那一刻，就强制性传回acknowledgement message。

他们目前用Outlook。

我应该怎么 solve 这个 problem?

这也许能做到，outlook应有相关的api可以用。
寄生想说的是，这也许会引起一些不满：


1) The recipient will feel annoyed because it showed that this is the sign of distrust from the sender.

2) The additional clicks for the recipients to respond are annoying.

3) It increases the email traffic due to the high numbers of acknowledgement emails.  

以上是寄生客户公司MD的电邮，下令所有员工停止用outlook的read receipts feature in Outlook。

有没有可能在 recipients 神不知鬼不觉的情况，偷偷自动 acknowledge?
