UNUSUAL MARKET ACTIVITY
We refer to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa
Securities) dated 16 August 2006.

Pursuant to Rule 9.11 of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad for the MESDAQ Market (Bursa Securities MMLR), the Board of

Directors of Mobif wishes to announce that save for the following corporate
developments:

(i)Mobif Wireless Broadband Sdn Bhd (Mobif WBB), a subsidiary of
Mobif, received the approval from Malaysian Communications and Multimedia
Commission to commence trial runs on the iBurst Solution which will take place
in Klang Valley, which was announced on 3 August 2006. As at todate, the system

has been fully configured and set up and the trial run of the iBurst Solution
is targeted to be launched in Kuala Lumpur on 22 August 2006;

(ii)the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Mobif and
Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, which was announced on 2 August 2006;

(iii)the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Mobif WBB and
Kyocera Corporation (Kyocera) to loan 2 sets of Base Stations ("BS") from
Kyocera to Mobif WBB for the trial run of the iBurst Solution, which was
announced on 1 August 2006; and

(iv)the Internet Telephony Service Provider Agreement entered into
between Mobif and UltraVoz Comunicaciones Corporation, which was announced on
31 July 2006;

they are not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs
of the Mobif group and any other possible explanations that could have
contributed to the unusual market activity.

In addition, the Company has at all times been and will continue to be in
compliance with the Bursa Securities MMLR, in particular Rule 9.03 of Bursa
Securities MMLR on immediate disclosure obligations. It will at all times
endeavour to make the necessary announcements to Bursa Securities of any
material information requiring immediate disclosure under the Bursa Securities
MMLR.

This announcement is dated 16 August 2006.

這樣的情況就是叫limit down！

下午再次的limit down的話就是可以再跌30%！

2.52 - 30% = 1.76

下午開市，可能有人歡喜有哭泣，所以我講　SC是比利，原因比利一開金口，足球隊人員個個面青青，有時真是會給SC害到破產了。

   过后, 再来一个 SUSPEND,= 暂时停牌.  够力哦!!

听说停板是这样..
1)RM1.00++的股,前市可涨跌30%后市也可再涨跌30%.
2)RM1.00--的股,前市可涨跌RM0.30后市也可再涨跌RM0.30

前市12:30之前只可以跌30%, RM3:60 - 30% = MR2:52
就是说buy/sell只可排到MR2:52最低.
那后市的要等到2:30后才可排再低的价位...

(只是听说,如有错请讲)

我看等下开市 因该RM2.40 开市。。。 有买的人保重
