马来西亚第一个混凝土重力型水坝 (RCC Dam)照片更新17/11/05

马来西亚第一个Roller CompletedConcrete Dam (RCC Dam),位于霹雳州的怡保交区.它总长大概780m，高大概85m,工程大概在完成上2006年6月(+EOT)，耗资RM170M.水坝用的水泥和甫通建筑用的水泥不同......里边掺了Flyash所以洋灰的份量回比一般少.
以下的照片是在工程八月拍的!!
The Sungai Kinta Dam, Malaysia's first concrete dam, using the RCC method.The Sungai kinta Dam is a concrete gravity dam with height 85m with dam volume of approximately 980,000 cubic meters, and is to be utilized as a reservoir for the supply of domestic water in the neighboring regions.
从办公室外拍的照片,可以看完整个水坝.
在水坝的下游拍的,中间的是排水口,长100m.
在水坝的上游拍的,以后,这里的花草树林将会消色.

2. RCC mix and production
The Sg. Kinta Dam RCC mix comprises of granite aggregates, quarry and natural sand fines, cementitious content of 200kg. with 50% of cement replaced by flyash and approximately 150kg. of water. The aggregates were produced by a 350t/hr dry crushing plant, inclusive of an impact crusher to produce the high percentage of 75 microns aggregate fines required in the RCC mix design.
The mixing plant used was a Aran Modumix Ⅱ continuous mixer plant of 400m3/h capacity. The RCC produced is conveyed to the dam by articulated dump trucks and lorries. RCC is spreaded by bulldozers to 300mm layers and compacted by 10 tons vibrating rollers.
The upstream and downstream face of the RCC dam and areas of RCC adjacent to vertical rock surface were modified in place by dosing the surfaces with cement grout (GE-RCC) to enable the RCC to be consolidated by immersion vibrators. |

Horizontal layer method ........
Slope Layer Method
Slope Layer Method involves the continuous placement and compacting of RCC in layers of 300mm thickness to a lift of RCC of 3m height. The advantages of the Slope Layer Method are;
1) Enhance the probability of achieving an impermeable and safe structure.
2) Savings in construction cost due to reduction in RCC surfaces to be cleaned, bedding mortar between lift joints and surfaces requiring curing.
3) Efficiency in the laying works as green cut and cleaning works can be executed in advance.
4) No transverse formwork is required as in the block method of construction.
Disadvantages;
1) Difficulty in arrangement of formwork for construction of the downstream face.
2) The need for care to ensure that the feather edge is not disturbed by cutting and removal work.
3) Requires good survey control to ensure layers are spread to the required thickness and gradients. |

我觉得RCC DAM很特别，NEED HIGH EXPERTISE。
谁承包那一项工程？HOW they joint the dam body to left and right abutment？RCC DAM 好复杂。你好棒！大家可以跟你学习。多多请教。 |

最主要的是flyash可以减底水泥的温度,
hydration是其次!

我想问下， flyash replace cement 可以吗？ 我曾经试过用flyash 加 cement, ratio 1:3, 但是出来的result 不是很理想，达不到我要得result.
这个 RCC mathod 的混凝土坝是grade 几？
如你所讲的200kg cement + 150 Kg flyash, (那应该只有grade 20++而已， 你的test cube result 也只有24-27KN.)
你们是不是还有加 Super plasticising？
fly ash 我通常是用在 water retaining structural 和 sewerage treatment plant。

沙巴的山打根明年/年尾有一个treatment plant和earth dam要开工了!大该RM320M.
你有参于吗?你有听过吗?

我没有收到风。。我只知道山打根会有一个water supply and retaining project,几时开工还不知道？
已经有人连络我。。不过还没有决定要不要去。
不知道project fund 在那里来？联邦？州政府？ |

等等 ,我不太清楚flyash的问提!我只能把我知道的和大家分享吧!
flyash 应该不太可能代替cement吧!可能会省一点啦,比洋灰便宜嘛!
根据测试,供应商提供的flyash 可分成两种colour,分别是灰色和褐色.
灰色---吸水量很高,strength 上的很快, 产出的热量也很多吧!
褐色---吸水量一般,strength 上的比较满,产出的热量一般,设合用在混凝土数量很大的工程!
因为混凝土数量很多,所一以curing要很够!
这个 RCC mathod 的混凝土坝是grade 15. (100kg cement + 100kg flyash)
down stream step and up stream face is grade 20---- this we called it GE-RCC , on spill way (排水口) we use GE-RCC grade 30 (+ Super plasticising)
compressive strength at 90 days 不是28days.
因为要控制水泥的温度所以才放flyash 因此strength 上的比较慢所以是90 days.
各位多多指教!!
