Should I quite my Internship?

I am having my internship at xx company for 6 months, and for now is already 1 months since i started here. I was unhappy everyday, and feel bored the whole day and need to attend event most of the nights. I feel like I am in a miserable internship. I plan to end it early, and got approved from my lecturer already.

So, if i end my internship now will it effect my reputation in the future. I really have motivation to continue.... How should I tell my supervisor
