Construction Account

刚刚爬贴了关于建筑业的account,
有几个问题想问一下。

我的chart of account in P&L只有sales和COS (Materials & Tools, Labour, Overhead)
感觉有点太简单化，是不是还需要加些什么?

关于percentage of completion,
应该用total cost / budget cost, 那么如果budget cost跟total cost差距很大, 怎么办?
能不能用main con给我们的payment cert, work done/contract sum来算actual的percentage of completion呢？
