Store Manager
(based at Johor Bahru - near City Square)

Responsibilities :

Be responsible and accountable for the commercial and management of designated stores, maximizing sales and ensuring effective control of costs
Manage staff, merchandise and space to ensure the highest standards of service is being offered
Ensure all Company’s policies and procedures are implemented as required
Be an effective member of the Store Management Team in contributing to the setting, monitoring and achieving of targets and objectives for the store and the business


Requirements :

Local from Johor, understand well retails market in Johor Bahru.
SPM and above.
At least 5 years of working experience in managing fashion retail store of minimum 20,000 square feet or chain of retail shops
Experience in supermarket or bakery environment will be an added advantage
Able to lead a team to achieve the objectives set
Meticulous with good computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Retail business comprehension, with strong fashion sense and able to do visual merchandising
