Sales Executive(s) Admin Executive (s)

Admin Executive
-Basic salary RM 1300 & above

Minimum requirement:
-Able to work on SATURDAY and SUNDAY
-SPM and above, fresh graduate are welcome
-Arrange own transport
-Computer literate ( Microsoft word & excel)

Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors, handle their inquiries and direct respected client to the rightful person in charge according to their needs.
-Perform record keeping accurately, perform mail distributions, receptionist and others office support services.
-Manage and be accountable for petty cash and cash purchases.
-To provide the best assistance and on-going support in ad-hoc or special project as and when required.
-To prepare relevant report, statistic & analysis on Admin related activities.
-Manage the administration department to ensure smooth on going services.
-To ensure day-to-day administration are carried out effectively.


Sales Executive
-Basic Salary RM 3500 and above ( High Commission)

Minimum requirement:
-SPM and above, fresh graduate are welcome
-Arrange own transport
-Aggressive Team Player & able to multi task.
-A good team player, initiative and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
-To meet with prospective client to view and promote the assigned property.
-To assist to customer enquiries on property information and loan application.
-Implement innovative presentation skill, marketing strategies and sale technique.
-To maintain and achieve daily sales target.
-Responsible for sales activities .i.e. road show, launching and event to achieve
-Collect and update daily sales transaction and report.
-To understand and compile customer feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.
