我当时算新手gdl 驾lorry2年。我在去年车祸的 我lorry 2tan 那人motor死了 是我错 6月时交警打给我叫我上去见他 他开了一张纸给我 叫我进5千到我的名的银行簿里,他讲要给法官的。8月20号要去上kajang mahkamah 和带银行簿一起。我真不知该怎样?这样是警方起诉我?大家给我点意见。

这样的情况我是不是该请律师?
我该不该认罪?
我会被判怎样?

Causing death by reckless or dangerous driving

41. (1) Any person who, by the driving of a motor vehicle on a road recklessly or at a speed or in a manner which having regard to all the circumstances (including the nature, condition and size of the road, and the amount of traffic which is or might be expected to be on the road) is dangerous to the public, causes the death of any person shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a term of *not less than two years and not more than ten years and to a fine not less than five thousand ringgit and not more than twenty thousand ringgit. (2) The court shall order particulars of any conviction under this section to be endorsed on any driving licence held by the person convicted.
