sunway在johor应该是有两个project吧，下个月会有landed的launch在ponderosa，他们在jb的maiden project。年底或明年头就会开始launch sunway iskandar，说真的，借助bandarsunway的成功，sunway iskandar会很另人期待～～～

Received following information from Sunway Sales /Agent
Sunway lenang Heights : Freehold Semi D and Bungalows in Taman Molek , from 1.5M , lauch in mid July
Sunway Iskandar : 1st Phase will be a mixed development with service apt , retails , and office . Lauch in early 2014
Any comments on price and location ?

各位遵守一下论坛的规则打中文吧。其实我想的是sunway iskandar的1st phase应该不会定价太高吧，mark to market吧，毕竟他们在那拥有超过1，000acre的land bank，又来个天价市场消化可能会比较慢。
接着就是买sunway的股票 |

很喜欢 sunway iskandar的地点，可是应该会是天价
