Hi,
有啊!发展商,银行和律师的文件来往有:-
Withtitle under developer sale – prepare SPA documents - CKHT FORM, V/P’ SD, MOT, than arrange theagreement to give vendor(s) / purchaser(s) to sign, than will arrange tostamping than after stamping willarrange the sale and purchase agreement to thevendor(s)/purchaser(s), thaninformed purchaser(s) CD & expired the loan
- 买卖合约里要填写的资料,
- 您如果用借银行来买这间房产的话银行会给您签一份合约,例如:Letter of Offer 之类的资料......
- 到时候律师就会给很多份的文件您签,例如:FacililityAgreement,Charge Annexure, Bank SD,之类的文件....
- 您签完了律师就会把这些文件提交个银行的 (PA)签,银行签完了也会提交回给律师,然后律师就帮您们教印花税,然后去政府那里换名字就可以帮您们叫银行出剩下的钱给发展商。
大概三个月就可以搞定您的case. 如果您的case 是不用拿政府的批准的话(Land Office Consent)/而且又有Title case 的话就是这样走的......
