拿车去service时车子被刮

我 昨天拿车去service，我park车在parking lot provided by perodua for perodua customer。 当我park好车时我sure我车还没有那scratch marks 的。 40 分钟后，车service好了， 当我拿车时我发现多了7-8 个scratch marks， 新的。 我怀疑是perodua的人弄的， 不过没证据。 perodua的人也不要负责， 我要怎么办？我说我要他公司赔赡我， 帮我repaint。 如果他不要负责任我天天来， 告诉他的customer我的车sent for service被刮他不要负责任。 then他说我threatened他要报警。 这样是threatened吗？如果他报警我会怎样吗？
