飞机延迟有得索取赔偿吗？

想请问下如果我的飞机延迟了请问有得索取赔偿吗？要怎样索取呢？

原本时间 - 7.55PM
延迟时间 - 12.25AM

有买Airasia的insurance吗？上次我的航机也是延迟超过两个钟，我claim到。但是要时常更进啦。

25.	What is my insurance coverage under the additional benefit, On Time Guarantee?
	The coverage shall pay the insured up to the value of RM200 for delay greater than 2 (two) hours of scheduled departure time caused solely by Carrier Operator/ AirAsia Group. • Coverage is not extended for accompanying infant if the Insured Person has purchased the protection herein provided.

当然买咯，不怕一万，只怕万一。如果不买AIRASIA的，可到保险公司买也可以。
