租金 = RM500/mth/acres
land area = 4.3acres
condition = 平地 + 2层楼的office
租约 = 25年
付款方式 = 一次过给25年的租金 ， RM500 x 4.3 x 12 x 25 = RM 645,000
**PS - 现在那边的租金大约是RM0.20/sf
