ＰＣＢ 罚款

最近收到LHDN一封信是说要罚公司迟还员工PCB一个月 , 罚单RM200，其实公司其中一个员工是我自己。。 公司员工只有我一人而已。。我也只是迟给10多天而已，因为当时它们的系统出问题，我没办法去网上还，也正好年尾我出国了。。 回来再换，请问各位大大，我需要去还吗？ 要去澄清吗？ 不还会怎样，，希望各位能够帮我解答。。谢谢。。

以下是从LHDN的网站找到的：

Failure to Comply with MTD

Failure to comply with Monthly Tax Deduction will render an employer liable to prosecution under Rule 17, Income Tax (Deduction from Remuneration) Rules 1994 ["The Rules"]. Under this Rule, any person, who, without any reasonable reason fails to comply with Subrule 10(1) or Rule 3 is liable to prosecution and upon conviction, can be fined up not less than RM200 and not more than RM2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Types of offences unde "The Rules" are :

• Failure to remit monthly tax deduction of employees by the 10th. of the following month.
• Failure to deduct and / or less deduct monthly tax deduction of employees.
• Failure to remit or less remit MTD or CP38 deduction that has been made from employees' remuneration.
• Failure to give complete and accurate information about employees.
  

你的罚款是最轻的。个人建议你还是把它还了，毕竟没还到是自己的责任。LHDN是全马最有效的部门，千万不要别把它当一回事，不要小看他们。

每个月若超过10号还pcb,都会被罚款的!一定要还,不然会一直收到信.

是的。今天有个客户告诉我，迟还RM19的pcb，被罚了RM200

    可以试一下求情的。。。复印的passport 证明你有重要事项离开Malaysia 还有你公司只有你一个员工。。。
