EBITDA 的疑问。

Director要看今年unaudited业务的EBITDA.
上网查了， EBITDA 是 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization。
Interest定义范围很广，那么我所谓的Earning before tax是否有包括Fixed Deposit的interest？
以及要扣除Banker acceptance的charges或interest呢？

包括FD interest
不需要扣banker acceptance 得interest。
