Prior to the auction sale, all intending bidders are advised to:-
i) inspect the subject property
ii) conduct an official title search
iii) enquire from the Developer/Proprietor and/or other relevant authorities
iv) obtain a copy of the Conditions of Sale from the Auctioneer

就是去land office check该单位的title。要给钱而且还要等。。好像strata title要一个星期
