The incident happened caused by the carelessness during procedure of product packing. The note with number found is actually one of the Quality
Control Section to ensure production of goods is always keep to track by batch no.and expiry date as printed in outer layer of product packaging.
Thank you for the kind informations with photos and complaints regarding the product quality. We will learn from the mistake and improve our production quality control.We would like to replace the defective product, to show our sincerity we have selected some items for your tasting pleasures.
Following with a copy of products collect memo for your collection purpose.Please provide us your full name and contact no. in advance. You or any person arranged may come to our San Shu Gong outlet in jonker street anytime during business hour for the replacement. If necessary, we willing to sent by courier to your address.
