我没有claim过，要dld什么form的是吗？

一般上有delay三個小時，亞航都會自動把e固本的號碼送到你的信箱。。

请问这样可以claim e-voucher 吗？air asia 是出发当天早上才发这个email 通知我的，到了机场check in 以后又给我delay 多1个小时。。
