Far-infrared ray (FIR) drying technology is radically different from the convetional hot-air drying technology.  Unique FIR emitters are placed on top of the herbal material in each drying tray.  The FIR will penetrate the herbal material and transfer the energy carried in the FIR to the herbal material at molecular level.  This energy transfer will cause the molecules of the herbal material to vibrate and thus generate heat which will cause the internal temperature of the herbal material to rise.  This raised internal temperature will cause water molecules inside the herbal material to evaporate and exit the herbal material.

By this unique way of energy transfer,  FIR drying can bring about fast and efficient drying from inside-out rather than outside-in as in the case of conventional hot-air drying.  Drying can happen even at very low temperature of 40-50 degree C, allowing a 30-50% saving on energy cost and yet improving the drying time by not less than 30%.  In addition, this low-temperature drying allows the herbal material toretain all its heat-sensitive phyto-chemical active ingredients.  

The FIR drying technology has been widely used in Korea and Japan to dry high-value herbal materials such as ginseng, cordycep, lingzhi and other traditional medicinal herbs.

How much the machine? The machine manufactured in which country? How long the warranty period?
What is the size for the dryer? Each time can dry how many kg/liter of products?
Where is your shop/factory located?
Food product can use with the dryer also?

i dont think so, its only take out the moisture or water from the 燕窝.
