请问谁会算GST ? sales less purchase * 4%? |

是你所有的销售发票的金额都要x4%。
例如：你卖鸡饭是RM5。你需要向客户收ＲＭ５ｘ４％的GST = 20 cents

GST无限期延迟 ：
The Government would like to announce the postponement of the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
This is to enable the Government to engage inclusively with all segments of
rakyat pertaining to the GST. The Government will take into account the interest
and welfare of the society to ensure the implementation of GST is well received.
Notwithstanding the postponement, the Government recognises the importance
of GST in ensuring a strong and sustainable fiscal position to support the long
term economic growth.

那个图我看了几次才发觉原来manufacturer的GST to Gov要less tax input的。 |

其实实行GST没有什么不好，起码比起Sales Tax (10%) 和 Service Tax (6%) 还比较省，因为它只是4%。
外面不清楚的人，只吵说给双重tax，没有认真的去看和研究。
GST 是【劫富济穷】，有钱消费，就要给tax. |

我年纪大了, 领悟力比较差.
我的公司是 trading of 汽车零件的.
公司买进,suppliers will tax us, and we will tax the customers too.
1)如果每一个月份要交 GST 给 LHDN, 要如何计算呢?
2)如果顾客退货时, 又如何算回给他们呢? 但是我们已付给出LHDN already...! |

先做准备阿，真是值得鼓励的。
其实呢，我真希望GST尽快落实。对我们这些做account的就会多一点的工作了，这样又可以charge了。

GST不是付给IRB的，应该是Royal Malaysian Customs

其实，是没有不好，不过其它已经实行GST的国家，在还没实行前，都发生过抗议，实行后就发生示威，然后政府倒台，新政府上台后，GST更高。。。
GST是保障国家有收入，对大家都公平，但是就是因为政府内部各部门都谈不妥。。所以就被拖延了。
国家没钱了，你们知道吗？

这和实不实行有关联吗？现在不实行不是因为没人才的关系，只是政府想得到民心。

同意楼上#15, GST 应该早几年 or even earlier 就该执行了, 国家明明就有傲人的 taxation 人才 ...
