"ABOUT ROOM CASH VOUCHERS" Q1:   What is this voucher all about? A1:   This voucher, is a room cash voucher, valued at RM338 per voucher. Each can be used for a night's stay per room at Equatorial Cameron Highlands by off-setting the value stated on the cash voucher against the Resort's tariff room rates (also called the published room rates).  By off-setting RM338 against the tariff room rates, you will only be required to pay the balance of the difference. Q2:   How much will I have to pay? A2:   Assuming that you are staying for 1 night in a Superior room. The calculations for your room rate is:

Superior room tariff rates (RM400 +10% service charge + 5% government tax)	=	RM460.00
Less the value of the "Room Cash Voucher"	=	RM338.00
Superior Room rate you only pay	=	RM122.00 nett

Note:

• In the event that you wish to stay for two (2) nights in a Superior room, then submit two (2) "Room Cash Voucher"
• In the event that you wish to book more than one (1) room, then submit the number of vouchers as (Number of rooms x Number of nights)

Q3:   When can I use these "Room Cash Vouchers"?
A3:   They can be used for any stays from Sunday night till Thursday night, except:

• 5 - 6 and 14 - 16 Nov 2010
• 5 - 6 and 23 - 31 December 2010
• 1 - 2 January 2011

These vouchers are valid from 1 October 2010 - 31 January 2011


Q4:   Can I use more than one (1) "Room Cash Voucher" for my stay at Equatorial Cameron Highlands?
A4:   Each voucher can be used to off-set one (1) room for one night.

Examples:
• If you book one (1) room for three (3) nights, you will need three (3) vouchers
• If you book two (2) rooms for two (2) nights, you will need four (4) vouchers
• If you book two (2) rooms for one (1) night, you will need two (2) vouchers

You cannot use more than one (1) voucher for each room.

Examples:
• If you book one (1) room for one (1) night, you can only use a maximum of one (1) voucher
• If you book one (1) room for three (3) nights, you can only use a maximum of three (3) vouchers

Q5:   What types of rooms does Equatorial Cameron Highlands have and what are the tariff rates?
A5:   In the hotel tower, there are three (3) types, which can accommodate up to three (3) persons. They are:[/td][/tr]

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The "Public Bank Room Cash Voucher" is valid from 1 October 2010 till 31 January 2011
  
• Only one (1) room cash voucher can be used per room per night
• The Room Cash Voucher is applicable for:-
  • Stay from Sundays till Thursday only, 除了except

  • Room bookings with tariff room rates
  • Payment with Public Bank Credit Cards only

  • during weekends, Fridays and Saturdays

• This Room Cash Voucher is not applicable in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
• The Room Cash Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
• Confirmation of room booking is subject to availability
• Advance room booking is required
  
• Original Room Cash Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in for the hotel's verification
