本人還新﹐學著如何發貼。圖片太大﹐很難發﹐我慢慢upload多一點图给你们看和地点﹐ 更多的资料我會放在這裡。好不好康頭由你們自子想﹐我不是agent﹐我現在在國外﹐在waiting朋友send發展商的資料﹐brouchure scan要等到下個裡拜﹐你們大大自子打電話去問 direct deal with developer。

因还没收到朋友传过来发展商的 brouchure我不肯定，via tele-conversation with developer 大概如下:-

发展商是。。Amber Resource...  Start from : Rm220k ~ Rm 290k
最小的是。。。1010sqf~  包。Plaster Ceiling , Air-cond point & pipe , Water Heater point , Kitchen Cabinet .... 但是已卖完了~~现在很多agent在炒着～～
本来想买的。。但ｐａｒｋｉｎｇ在外面的！！！
是马来区，然后隔壁的ｃｏｎｄｏ，才卖　1300+ sqf ...only Rm 200k....
地点是（ＣＨＥＲＡＳ—金鱼村）　，
前面对着ＬＲＴ路。。。
后面对着政府low coast FLAT ...
除了泳池，没其它设备。。。
想了很久，决定不买。。。（考虑到周围的因素）
。。只是各人意见。。

Called了叫我过去register和看show unit，大概下个礼拜weekend launching。已有八百多人registed了 . . .confused whr the developer location.

    我的在D'Alamanda Citi Tower， 21 楼最高，对着KLCC，有ParkingLot， 电器留给你， 有3台Aircond，5 台遥控风扇，铁门安装了，3 个房，1129平方尺
