最新的 SME 融资working capital：机器再买 Machines Repurchases
- 4% flat p.a yearly reducing
- 5 年
- max 3 million
eg, 500k= 月供 RM 9500 ****Only 2.8% pa.**** 非常值得 !!!
公司 必须 是/有
1）SDN BHD，两年公司以上
2) Valueable Machines 机器价值：多过 at least 200k
3) Paid up + Retained Profit = Loan Amount 你要借的钱

我两间工场每个月Sales有RM240，000 。一间10 年， 另一间1.5年。Paid up RM200，000 + RM200，000 .
有24台Machine. 市价RM2 million .
现还欠leasing RM 1.3 million . 到2013年中。
利息5%到7%。
如SME loan 4% ，我想借RM2 million 把Leasing都盖了。
现Debtor aging = Creditor aging . |

Ok. Understand:
Solution: will use the *OLD machine & *Fully paid Machine & *Machine tat own by 1.5 years company to do a REPURCHASE process.
How to count the loan amount?
the loan amount is Paid Up + Accumulate profit = MAX 3 million.
Suggestion: use the money for WORKING CAPITAL cos it is lowest interst 4% p.a. yearly rest.

我朋友有工厂，机器可以refinance 吗？要借500M,OD,你可以安排借MIDF or CGC
