想问有关马来西亚土地的法律urgent!!!!!!

my father have a land is under hak sementara about 30 years and all the neighbor are the same but until this year one of my neighbor change his land to geran tetap and the jabatan ukur help him to put the PUT (small tiang) at my father land ( about 1 ekar ) . means that my father land is 3.2 ekar become 2.2 ekar and the owner send us a lawyer letter told us to move out his land. at this moment wat can i do?? if i fight with them can i win?? pls give me some advice please..............................urgent!!!!
