PKA/PKFZ - Letter of Support

在写著 PKA 的評論，想听各位对 LoS 的有效性。
如果交通部的 Letter of Support 只是 representation, 而不是 promise 那就好办事了。
我只知道 Kleinwort Benson Ltd v Malaysia Mining Corporation Berhad [1989] (英国的 case) 有談到 Letter of Support, 不过不知道馬來西亞有沒有这样的 case. |
