I: Come in.Please take a seat.（進來。請坐。）

C: Hello!I am Li Chin.（哈羅！我是麗珍。）

I: Nice to meet you,Li Chin.I am Patrick,the human resourse manager.（麗珍小姐，很高興認識你。我是Patrick，人事部經理。）

C: Nice to meet you too.（也很高興認識你。）

I: I have read your resume.You are from Kedah,aren’t you?（我已經看過你的履歷表。你是從吉打來的，不是嗎？）

C: That’s right.（確實。）

I: Do you have an address in Kuala Lumpur?（你在吉隆坡有地址嗎？）

C: Yes,I have.Let me write it down.（我有的。讓我寫下來。）

I: What did you work as previously?（你以前是做什么的？）

C: I worked as a clerk in Lim Ho Holdings previously and I resigned last month.（我以前是在Lim Ho控股公司擔任書記，我在上個月辭職了。）

I: What was the reason?（什么原因？）

C: I hope to look for a better job so that I can learn more.（我希望找到一份更好的工作，以便可以學更多東西。）

I: I see.(Pause)You aren’t married,are you?（原來如此。(停頓)你還沒結婚，是嗎？）

C: I’m still single.（我還是單身。）

I: According to the application form,you had worked in LimHo for four years,hadn’t you?（根據申請表格，你已經在Lim Ho做了4年，不是嗎？）

C: Yes,I had.（是的。）

I: Since you have the experience,I am going to shortlist you and you may need to come for second interview next Tuesday.Will that be okay?（既然你有經驗，我們將把你列入候選名單。你在下個星期二需要進行第二次面試。行嗎？）

C: Okay.Thank you.（行。謝謝你。）

I: Is there anything you want to ask?（你還有什么事要問嗎？）

C: What about the salary and benefits?（那薪金及津貼方面呢？）

I: We will discuss that in the second interview.（我們將會在第二次面試時討論。）

C: In that case,what time shall I come again next Tuesday?（那我在下星期二幾點再來？）

I: My secretary will let you know.（我的秘書將讓你知道。）

C: Thank you.（謝謝。）

I: You are welcome.See you on next Tuesday.（別客氣。下個星期二見。）

C: See you.（再見。）

語法（Grammar）附加問句（Question Tag）分析

附加問句（Question Tag）的句子結構︰

●Positive sentence＋negative question tag或

●Negative sentence＋positive question tag

例1）You are from Kelantan（positive）,aren’t you（negative）?你是從吉蘭丹來的，不是嗎？

例2）It isn’t a misunderstanding（positive）,is it（negative）? 這不是一個誤會，是嗎？

Question tag的用意取決于我們的聲調，如︰

1. 當聲調低沉時，我們是要聽者贊成我們所表達的。

例：The weather is nice today,isn’t it?（天天氣良好，不是嗎？）

2. 若聲調調高時，那就比較像是問句。

例：I haven’t seen John today,have you?（我今天還沒見到約翰，你已經見到他嗎？）
