I write the below letter, please comment.

PIZZA HUT RESTAURANTS SDN BHD

To Whom It May Concern:

I wish to complaint that we went to PIZZA HUT at Sungai Buloh Branch on 22 Nov 07 at 12.20am and order the set lunch which must send within 15 minutes or else RM5.00 discount in the next visit. (Attached the receipt)

I regret to inform you that I fail to get the RM5.00 voucher despite they sent to us have been over 15 minutes.

What a funny answer is, the person in charge said that the (15 minutes) time is base on inside clock not base on the clock hinging on the pillar which it is belongs to PIZZA HUT also.

Frankly speaking, I remember that I succeed to get 3 time of this voucher within half year, but always facing hard time. For instance, they will delay and delay or pretend nothing until I am forced to go to the counter to ask for it.

They are really not willing to give the voucher to customer, I realize that the more vouchers they spread will denote the ability of their performance is not up to PIZZU HUT’s requirement,
hence, we also difficult to get it.

I am very disappointing on this matter; I hope you could do something on it.

不知道有沒有熱心人士, 帮我看看對不對.

Franking speaking,I remember that I succeed to get 3 time of this voucher within halfyear, but always facing hard time. For instant, they will delay anddelay or pretend nothing until you force to go to the counter to askfor it.

Franking=frankly
i think you have misspell For instant= "for instance"
you force to go= you are forced to go 你被逼去...

应该是这样吧

I wish to complain about the service that was rendered at a PIZZA HUT at Sungai Buloh Branch on 22 Nov 07 at 12.20am (是am 还是 pm, 确定下？宵夜？）.

I ordered a set lunch which came with a 15-minute serving challenge as advertised. On this occasion, the set lunch was served after 15 minutes, which entitled me to a RM5 Pizza Hut voucher as a form of compensation. However, that was not the case. According to one of the employees in the restaurant, the 15 minutes serving time was based on the internal clock (in the kitchen?是在厨房吗？） and not the clock hanging on the pillar in the restaurant, which was funny, considering the restaurant's clock belongs to Pizza Hut as well.

Frankly,  this is not the first time that I have encountered this. I have on three different occasions claimed the RM5 vouchers (at the same restaurant? 是在同一间分行吗?) for the same promotion.  I realize that the more vouchers a restaurant gives out, the more it reflects the branch restaurant's inability to perform up to PIZZU HUT's corporate requirement. On these occasions, I had to insist on the voucher at the payment counter before it was given out reluctantly.

I am very disappointed in this matter; I hope you could do something on it. (其实你没说明你要他们采取什么行动？还是你奢望他们会寄给你一堆vouchers ）

Dear Sir,
                I'm writing to complain about the service you offered me in your restaurant at Sungai Buloh in Penang.

                I have ordered the set lunch which should be prepared within 15 minutes,otherwise I will be compensated a rm 5 voucher from what i have known from the advertisment.However,i am so disappointed that i did not receive any compensation despite waiting for more than 15 minutes.It is an utter disappointment to hear your employer say that the time is counted by the clock inside the kitchen and not the one hanging on the pillar.I am really frustrated with your restaurant service.I thought we customer would be refund with a rm5 voucher if the service does not meet the requirement,but for what i have experienced,i did not get it.

                Moreover,i have received 3 times your voucher.However,i received them with reluctance shown by your employer.They tend to pretend not knowing this compensation and keep on detaining me until when i'm exasperated and go to the counter.They are just reluctant to give customer the voucher.I'm really shocked to see your restaurant offer such atrocious service.

                I hope i will be refunded within a few days.I hope you could do something on this matter,otherwise your restaurant will be losing more and more customers.

各位大大, 要笑的請笑, 不过笑后請指敎.

A Diary

I still felt sleepiness while the alarm clock had been ringing 10minites ago, I had no choice but to wake up for work, I always late to work just approximate 10minites, it is nothing special reason just because it is my bad habit.

Actually, I always feel I am lucky, such as my job, I can get high paid with no pressure and almost free just roam the “cari” at least few hour a day, sometime I felt shame to get their salary.

I am recalling an event yester evening, very interesting, I must write down. We, 6 of us, went to cinema to watch the BEE MOVIE at 7.40pm, the movie quite nice, my son comment, but it is too bored for my mother-in-law, around 9.00pm she started to yawn with big sound during few minutes a time until the movie finish. What an embarrassment, luckily she is no sat beside of me, I think it is the last time we
bring her for movie.

Lately, I am trying to slow down my speed and maintain to 90m/h in my driving to taste how much we can save. What a fantastic, it can save RM0.03 per kilometer. Henceforth, I will be the slow-motion
row on the road.

我知道我差, 請各位在我的文法上改.

I still feel sleepy even though the alarm clock has been ringing since ten minutes ago. I have no choice but to wake up for work. I am always late for work, for no apparent reasons, it is just my bad habit.

Actually (alt. In fact), I always feel I am lucky in a way. My job for instance, I get highly paid for it with minimal job pressure and a lot of freetime which is spent roaming  websites like “cari.com”; sometimes I feel ashamed to be paid for my work (or the lack of it).

Yesterday (alt. Last) evening, six of us went to cinema and watch the BEE MOVIE at 7.40pm. The movie was quite nice, as my son commented but somehow was too boring for my mother-in-law, when she started yawning quite loudly in the middle of the movie till the movie finished. What an embarrassment, luckily she did not sit beside me. I think that was the last time we  would
take her for movie.

Lately, I have been trying to slow down my driving speed and maintain at 90km/h to find out how much I can save for fuel. Fantastic! I have been able to save RM0.03 per kilometer. Henceforth, I will be the “slow coach” on the road.

你的英文太好了, 我的英文太差了.

我會在接在力,有点請問如下:

I still feel sleepy = 為什么不是放PAST TIME = felt (因為是早上己PAST)
has been ringing = 為什么不是 had been   

對文法还不是很會.

问得好， 日志可以用Present tense. 这是一个Style。 就如你读新闻，假如是以当天的Dateline ， e.g. (-29 Dec) , 报导的风格是一Present tense 来呈现的。

又來啦.

Nonsense

I saw a fatal traffic accident yesterday, I deeply feel life is fragile,
however, I believe fate and also believe to perform beneficence will
gain good reward in your future life. Hence, I encourage those ability
raise their helping hand to those needed.

EQ = Emotional Quotient - A new quotient in this era, I am admitted that my
EQ is low/lack , I can not stand and accepting rudeness manner against me,
it may be leading/causing a quarrel. I know and understanding my temper is
quite bad especially when I was teaching my son for homework, it really makes me mad. I used to tell my self to improve my EQ or control the temper, but
it is useless, I am always done and regret it. I hope my EQ and wisdom
will gradual increasing as my age.
