请问这样的email reply是什么意思？[英文]

Just to confirm, is such policy exist in ABC Unit? Because I cannot find any black and white statement stated that there is such policy. I have to pay another extra RM1000.00 in this case and this is not a small amount. ABC Unit, please advise.

Lily的email是什么意思？

逻辑上来说，"such policy" in ABC Unit, in black and white, 已经在Lily的邮件上附上。 如果是这样的话，email又没有attachment，很大可能性是Lily忘了upload那个attachment。
只是我的看法。

enclosed 的意思就是“附上XXX"
我猜想lily是要attach某某一个文件然后send给对方...

Lily的意思是说她已经把相关文件放在email的attachment里。

应该是Eric置疑ABC的公司没有一个policy是讲说要customer多给钱以得到某一些的服务。

料Lily就attach一个相信是那个black and white的文件给eric lo
