一半上如果mill有四个steriliser来讲，要达到throughput 60mt/hr不是难事，所以没必要强调一定要60mt/hr，因为这个是可以改良的，可以解决的。

应该关注的是他的BOILER是否能够生产超过30，000kg/hr的steam，如果能够的话就不是问题。不然的话，要另外买boiler就数目大一点咯
