台灣15-64歲單身女性 近七成不想結婚

10月11日電（編輯 張依珊）台灣不婚不生情況愈趨嚴重，近年台灣結婚數不斷下降，近7成青壯年單身女性不想結婚，且生育意願低迷，搶生節日寶寶情景已不復見。台灣名醫預測，今年台灣出生人數恐低於11萬人，比去年降幅更大，第6年的“生不如死”將令人觸目驚心。

台灣《聯合報》報道，據台當局衛福部門公布“15至64歲婦女生活狀況調查報告”，僅有32.4%沒有配偶的台灣婦女有意願結婚，其餘67.6%皆表示毫無結婚意願，其中24.3%表達不想結婚、再婚，但想有固定伴侶，43.3%表示，沒有結婚、再婚意願，也不想有固定伴侶，未來結婚對數恐愈來愈少。

據台內務部門統計，2019年結婚對數約為13萬對，後續連兩年下滑，到了2021年僅剩11萬對左右，來到近年最低點，不過去年又緩升至12萬對左右，今年1-8月登記結婚對數則是6.8萬對左右。有分析稱，台灣民眾結婚意願持續下滑，若沒有明顯回升，今年台灣結婚對數有可能跌破11萬對，將成為最少人結婚的一年，再創新低紀錄。

結婚意願低迷的同時，拒生比例卻在飆升。報告顯示，全體台灣女性中有26.6%表示不想生小孩，比2019年（19.2%）增加了7.4%，其中15-24歲年輕女性拒生比例高達45.9%，幾乎每2人就有1人將“生小孩”從人生規劃中排除；25-34歲女生拒生比例為37.4%，35-44歲女性拒生比例為25.9%。

在前三大拒生原因中，六成台灣女性認為“經濟負擔太重”，近五成認為“不想因小孩而改變現有生活”，還有三成四擔心“孩子的教養與未來發展”。

台灣生育持續低迷，根據台內務部門最新統計，今年1-9月全台新生兒總數約為8.1萬人，9月全台新生兒僅8603人，今年以來已連續6個月低於9000人大關，連續21個月呈現人口負成長。

台灣生殖醫學權威李茂盛指出，從2020年起至今，台灣每年都是“生不如死”，連續5年呈現死亡交叉，今年看來也不好，出生人口可能連11萬人都不到，第6年的“生不如死”令人觸目驚心。

台灣《工商時報》11日社論指出，台當局繼推動婚育住宅政策後，9月再祭出催生新政，希望讓新生嬰兒人數止跌回升。雖然台當局“不斷加碼”，仍無功而返，這意味台當局所提供的經濟誘因，並非鼓勵生育的充分條件，只是維持生育的必要條件，只靠撒幣難挽救生育低迷的現象。

以前的父母教育程度不高，生孩子希望可以该光耀门楣，现在孩子普遍大学教育，毕业出来做牛马，生活已躺平，没了生活热情，还生什么孩子来折磨自己和孩子的几十年生活。。。。
