亚航的机票不是亚航的???

去年在亚航的网站买了4张机票，下个礼拜飞。前两天才额外买了位子和飞机餐。可是没有收到最新的itinerary，apps 里面的itinerary还是旧的，就什么add on都没有注明。问了客服，才被告知我买的机票是under travel agency的??? 我明明就是在亚航的官站买的。


客服的回复是这样写的： According to our reservation system records, the flight is confirmed as a travel agency sales reservation. Please apply for a refund on the flight through the contact information below.

有谁可以解释一下什么情况啊?!
