Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the 25,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public have been oversubscribed.
  
A total of 23,333 applications for 2,441,458,100 Issue Shares with a value of RM488,291,620.00 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 96.66 times.

The notices of allotment will be posted to all successful applicants on 14 February 2025.

Description	TECHSTORE BERHAD ("TECHSTORE" OR "THE COMPANY")ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD BY TECH-STORE MALAYSIA SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY FROM KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI
The Board of Directors of TechStore is pleased to announce that Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“TSM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 8 May 2025 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Kementerian Dalam Negeri (“KDN”) for the provision of maintenance and support services for the software and hardware of information communication technology ("ICT") to Royal Malaysian Police (“PDRM”) (“Works”) for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Two and Three Sen (RM15,911,122.03) (“Contract Value”). The contract period would be thirty-six (36) months from 12 May 2025 to 11 May 2028. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the LOA. This announcement is dated 8 May 2025.
