The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd (“MNSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 16 April 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 16 April 2025 awarded by a customer that providing infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities (“Company A”) in relation to the project involving the engineering, procurement and construction of a substation for a data centre located at Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia (“Project”). The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. (“MNPTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 23 April 2025 received the two (2) signed Contract Agreements dated 21 April 2025 from Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“FSSB”) as Interconnection Facilities (“IF”) Contractor to design, supply, execute and complete the Solar Power Plant (“SPP”) IF (the “Works”) for the following projects, namely:- 1. “Sub Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (“EPC”) Contract in relation to the 29.99 Megawatt Alternating Current (“MWac”) Solar Power Plant in Mukim Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Kedah, Malaysia for Dayasinar Energy Sdn Bhd”; and 2. “Sub EPC Contract in relation to the 29.99 MWac Solar Power Plant in Mukim Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Kedah, Malaysia for Solarscape Energy Sdn Bhd” (collectively referred to as the “Projects”). The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that the JV Parties had on 2 May 2025 accepted a Letter of Award dated 21 April 2025 (“LoA”) awarded by Gamuda Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“GESB”) in relation to a project involving sub-contract works for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing fit-out work of a data centre located at Central Region of Peninsular Malaysia (“Project”).
