can't debug webpage again

1) I want ask ur help how to solve my computer problem?
I create a project in Visual Studio.Net n after try to debug the project using several time, the item inside the C:\Window\Microsoft.Net\Temporary\...\hash.web is missing.

2)Is my computer is affecting by .exe virus that destroy my whole files item or got another sollution to solve?
