看看律师收费合理吗？

大家好，小弟决定买个地，价格RM237828.6， 想请各位大大看看这个收费是否合理， 谢谢大家

FORMULA        RATE
For the first RM500,000
1.00% (subject to a minimum fee of RM500.00)
For the next RM500,000        0.80%
For the next RM2,000,000        0.70%
For the next RM2,000,000        0.60%
For the next RM2,500,000        0.50%
Excess of RM7,500,000.00        shall not exceed 0.50%

印花税Stamp Duty - Sale & Purchase/ Transfer
FORMULA        RATE
First RM100,000 1%
1.00%
Next RM400,000        2%
Thereafter        3%

根据行规，算是标准收费。只是看律师肯不肯在律师费上给你一些折扣。如果楼主是在雪隆的，我可以介绍我的律师给你。
